Leadership and Advocacy Training Badin is empowering young leaders like Brnicay Boaz, a Champion for Change (CFC), to confidently advocate for their communities.
Reflecting on her experience at the one-day workshop held in Badin, Brnicay described the initiative, organized by Thar Education Alliance in collaboration with the Malala Fund, as a transformative learning opportunity. She shared that the training enhanced her understanding of advocacy and helped her learn how to raise her voice on key issues while engaging effectively with stakeholders.
She further highlighted that the interactive sessions and practical exercises enabled her to express her ideas more confidently, strengthening her ability to take an active role in promoting girls’ education and advocating for improved resources within her community.
