Through the ‘Let Her Fly’ initiative by Bank Alfalah, implemented by Thar Education Alliance (TEA), and training at the TEA Vocational & Technical Training Center in Mithi, these girls have mastered the art of dressmaking. What began as a simple skill has now become a sustainable source of income, helping them support their families and reshape their futures.
