Members of the Children & Adolescents Parliament on Right to Education (C&AP-RTE), Sindh,
observed a meeting of the Standing Committee on Law & Parliamentary Affairs and Human
Rights at the Sindh Assembly.
The session provided young parliamentarians with valuable insight into legislative oversight,
including discussions on the Sindh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education
Act, 2013 and the Multi-Sector Roadmap for Out-of-School Children. They also interacted
with the committee chairperson, Mr. Pir Mujeeb Ul Haq, and other Members of the Provincial
Assembly.The engagement reflects the commitment of RSU-SELD, TEA and UNICEF to giving
young people meaningful opportunities to understand governance and advocate for every child’s
right to quality education.
