Empowering women begins with creating opportunities to learn, earn, and become self-reliant. Through the Innovate HER – Girls’ Pathway to Skill Development Program, supported by Bank Alfalah, Thar Education Alliance (TEA) is providing girls from Tharparkar with practical Dress Making and tailoring skills to help them turn their creativity into a pathway toward financial independence. The training focuses on developing hands-on skills in stitching, garment making, design, and finishing, while providing a supportive and accessible learning environment. Through this initiative, girls are gaining the confidence and technical abilities to explore entrepreneurship, home-based businesses, and employment opportunities—turning their skills into possibilities for a brighter and more independent future.
