Through the Innovate HERs – Girls’ Pathway to Skill Development Program, supported by Bank Alfalah and implemented by Thar Education Alliance (TEA), girls from Tharparkar are being equipped with practical skills in Graphic Designing. The training provides participants with hands-on learning in digital design, visual communication, and creative tools, helping them transform their ideas into professional designs and marketable skills. Beyond the classroom, the program encourages girls to explore freelancing, entrepreneurship, and digital career pathways. With every design they create, these young women are building confidence, discovering their potential, and taking a step closer to becoming independent and future-ready professionals.
