The three-day Provincial Dialogue on Public Finance for Children (PF4C) brought together
policymakers, educationists, development partners and child rights advocates to explore how
responsive public financing can improve outcomes for children across Sindh.

Zainab Samoon, Opposition Leader of the Children & Adolescents’ Parliament on the Right to
Education, joined the dialogue as a panelist, highlighting the importance of investing in quality
education and ensuring that children have a voice in decisions shaping their future.

The dialogue reinforced a clear message: investing in children today is an investment in a more
equitable, educated and prosperous Sindh tomorrow.
