In 2026, TEA has established a seven-member Core Team to strengthen coordination, collaboration, and strategic implementation across the organisation. Following its inaugural meeting on 8 June, the Core Team has been holding bi-monthly meetings through online and hybrid formats to review progress, address emerging priorities, and ensure effective implementation of TEA’s strategic goals.
