Leadership and Advocacy Training Sanghar is empowering young leaders like Alishba, a Champion for Change (CFC), to become confident advocates for their communities.
Alishba shared how the training workshop, organized by Thar Education Alliance (TEA) in collaboration with the Malala Fund, helped her see problems from a new perspective. She learned how to identify key issues in education and turn them into actionable solutions through effective advocacy.
She reflected that the sessions not only strengthened her understanding of education and budgeting but also built her confidence to raise her voice and engage with stakeholders — bringing her one step closer to becoming a true change-maker in her community.
