Supported by the HBL Foundation, the Thar Education Alliance (TEA) is proud to present “Girls Empowerment through STEAM Education,” a visionary initiative dedicated to fostering gender inclusivity across Tharparkar, Sindh. Our mission is to transform the educational landscape by equipping young women with the 21st-century skills needed to lead in science, technology, and innovation. Through the establishment of a permanent STEAM Lab, the training of 32 dedicated educators, and the mentorship of 200 Young Female STEAM Champions, we are building a sustainable ecosystem within the public school system. This project is more than an educational program; it is a movement to unlock the potential of over 32,000 young lives, turning curiosity into leadership and shaping a more representative future for the global digital economy.
